The fun starts now! After getting used to your embroidery machine, which I recommend using the pre-installed files for, you can go on the internet and look for pre-made files that make your projects look even better. There are various websites that offer files for different brands of machines. And depending on what you need, you can find great patterns online! (Also because the editing software to make patterns yourself is stupidly expensive. I’d make a tutorial on that, if it were more accesible.) So where to find cool patterns?

Choly Knight / Sew desu ne

If you feel like using your embroidery machine to make plushies, Choly Knight / Sew desu ne is your place to be. They offer free and paid sewing and embroidery patterns. All plushies I have made, are made with their patterns, so you can say that I am a fan. 🙂

Lillipaya

Want something smaller? ITH (in the hoop) keychains are also fun to make and Lillipaya had plenty of anime, manga and video game patterns ready for you. They have Genshin Impact, Mario, Digimon and cute animals as their focus.

Plushiluv

They also have loads of cute keychain patterns available. My personal fav (the Luma) comes from this shop. Plushiluv has Pokémon, Legend of Zelda, Monster Hunter, Final Fantasy, Persona and more series available!

PocketArtistCrafts

From cute day-to-day items to constellation animals, PocketArtistCrafts has adorable ITH keychain files. I have made their Sunshine fox as a test and I love how it turned out. When I get the chance to try more of their designs, I will!

Sylenis Crafts

If you’re looking for advanced plushie patterns, Sylenis Crafts is your friend! They have many detailed tutorials and patterns for plushies, but also ITH keychain files. (They have a Pumpkaboo. That means I’m sold.)

Urban Threads

Urban Threads has an amazing variety of patterns available. Not all of those might work for cosplay, but I have made a few towels, table cloths and other house-hold items personal with their files. They make great designs and keep uploading new ones regularly!
