This design, song and general way of releasing Vocaloid MV’s was very popular in the late 2000’s. I really wanted to cosplay her back then, but I felt I wasn’t skilled enough yet. Now I have gained more skills, tools and most importantly: confidence, I went for it. 
I also had a lot of fabric that felt right for this project and I was looking for something to make while not spending too much. Perfect project for taking my time with and get through some materials.
Don’t get me wrong, this project still took a lot of work and was frustrating at certain points as well. As any challenging cosplay should be. The gems on the hair accessoires have been made by Elianzi, many thanks for that!
