Even though I have been making costumes for over 10 years, this is my first own design I ever made reality. Taliah is my character in one of the Dungeons and Dragons campaigns I am playing in. I wanted a cute and fluffy kind of character and a half-goat Paladin seemed nice. For my own convenience, I ignored the common personality traits of Satyrs in DnD/mythology (I’m not a party animal.) Instead she is permanently lost in the world she ended up in, cause it is not the Fey Wilds.
The costume is made mostly from left-over fabrics and materials. It took me two weeks and some podcasts (I recommend the Girls who don’t DnD!) to make this one. I did change the wig and horns to be more comfortable. (Hooray for the 3D printer!) By the way: the hoof-shoes were gifted to me by my friend Xedoh, which made it possible for me to have a full costume. <3
There might be additions to this costume as the story progresses, so be sure to check back on this one. 😊 This should become a more “living” project!
