I played Horizon Zero Dawn for over 600 hours and I love the game. So naturally I wanted to cosplay from it. Aloy wasn’t my first choice, but I am happy I cosplayed her. Making this costume made me fall in love with crafting again and I could now pick any other outfit of Aloy and there would be no need to have another wig, arrows, props, etc. It was all up to me. I ended up making this costume modular, so I can swap between the medium version and heavy version at will.
