Two months have passed again, so time for another update. Sadly, I’m still recovering from the health issues that started in June. I did try to do some sewing when I could, because the sound of a sewing machine is very comforting to me and it keeps my mind a good place. 🙂
Solus Sinon – Sword Art Online
-The foam parts are not yet done. I really focused on sewing these months. Who knows when I’ll finish these? I mean, there is no convention happening soon, so I am not in a rush.
Seraphine (Superstar) – League of Legends
-The top is finished, the belt is finished, the sideskirt is finished, chains have been added. It’s hard to say, but the dress part is completed!
-I did make her back crystals too. It was the first time making a construction on my back since I got into a car accident, but I am surprised at how light I was able to keep it.
-However, after my first test fit, I decided to remake the bootcovers. I ran into some problems and decided I wanted better / more comfort / easier to wear. After I finish them I might write down what I did and why to help other people with the “bootcovers, leggings and still want to be able to remove my shoes problem”.
Seraphine (The Baddest) – League of Legends
-For the crossed ribbon on Seraphine’s leg, I found something pre-made on Aliexpress. The bracelets were found at the local cheap store (I tried thrift shops, but none of them had something that looked good enough. But this one is finished now!
Next month, I will clean out my closet as a new project has been decided upon. And it is going to be big. Unfortunately, I still do not have a crafting room or something like that. If I had a bit of dedicated crafting space, a lot of things would be a lot easier.
